The best way to get to know Dresden International School is to come to visit us in person. We welcome interested families for visits all year round. Several times a year, we hold Open Houses in Preschool, Primary and Secondary School. These are good opportunities to get to know us better.

Children Ages 1-5
Open to all families who are interested in enrolling their child, our Open House events offer an inside look into life at DIS Preschool (Kita). At our Preschool campus, we welcome children aged 1-5, while our kindergarten groups (children aged 5-6) learn and play at the main school campus. Meet our team, learn what makes DIS special, and have all your questions answered.

New! Walk-In Visits
Join us every first Thursday of the month for our new Walk-In visits. Drop by during our morning or afternoon session — no registration required — and experience our preschool at your own pace. We look forward to welcoming you!

Curious to get to know us? We would love to meet you! On the first Thursday of every month, we open our doors from 9:00–11:00 and 15:00–17:00. Drop by with your family, explore, and experience what we’re all about.

Primary and Secondary School
Each year, we welcome prospective families to our Open House events to discover life at DIS, meet our staff, and experience our international approach to learning firsthand. Families have the opportunity to explore our school environments, including our kindergarten groups for children aged 5–6, located on the main school campus.
Our Open House and online information events offer valuable insights into how we support and nurture children and students from the early years through Grade 12 — encouraging them to grow with confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
