Dresden International School seeks to enroll motivated and curious students. Admission is open throughout the year and applications are accepted based on the suitability of our educational program for the prospective student and the availability of places.
As we are not a boarding school, we can only accept applications from abroad, if the student will live with a legal guardian/parent(s) here.

All applicants interview with parent/s and principal at DIS and take internal placement tests in Math, English and German, and logical thinking. Based on availability, report card evaluation, interview, and placement test results, we finalise our decision for entry.
Interested parents are invited to contact us any time, so that we can provide assistance, answers to questions or arrange visits.
In addition to the "classic" application in paper form, which can be submitted by post or e-mail, parents can also submit initial information about the applicant by completing the DIS Enquiry Form. Our Admissions Coordinator will then get in touch to discuss the next steps.
If you have questions during the DIS Enquiry Form, please do not hesitate to contact our Admissions Coordinator, Ms Katrin Schreiber at admissions[at]dresden-is.de.
