Our Preschool and Primary School children celebrated “Fasching” on March 1. For one day they could slip into the role of superhero, princess, mermaid, astronaut or whatever they wanted to be. Together they played, danced and did handicrafts. Of course, the traditional “Pfannkuchen” (filled pastry) could not be missing from the celebration. Our preschool even had a surprise guest: our school mascot Sid visited the children and walked together with them through the Waldpark. The many colorful costumes and the smile on the children's faces brightened up our day.
