Two alumni guest speakers provided valuable advice and inspiration. Year 11 formally began their preparation for their future during the recent Careers Day. The main theme was the everchanging world of work. Most students will have at least 3 major changes in their careers during their working lifetime. A report by Dell Technologies suggests 85 % of the jobs in 2030, do not exist yet. This makes the IB more relevant as students are building their communication, organising, research and analytical skills in preparation.
